What can I use to make Infused water?
Fresh fruit, herbs, and some vegetables make great flavors for water.
Citrus, berries, melons, fresh ginger, and mint are all good choices. You can float the ingredients freely in water or use our infusion water bottle (water bottle link) and while there are limitless variations to finding a solution to drinking enough water on a daily basis, Desire Trendy has come up with great solutions that you can use to make water a vital part of staying healthy and vibrant.
Did you know that you should be consuming approximately 2 liters of water daily? Our H20 Infusion Water Bottle is designed to keep you hydrated in the most delicious way!
Can you eat the fruit after infusing water?
Yes! You might be disappointed, though. As the fruit infuses the water with flavor, the fruit itself has less flavor and more water.

Here are a few notes when making homemade infused waterIt is best to let the homemade fruit-flavored waters infuse for at least 2-4 hours you can even let the water infuse for 24 hours. Remove citrus after 48 hours to prevent bitterness from the peel you can leave in but the choice is yours. Once you drink all of your flavored water, fill the H20 water bottle back up with water and let the remaining ingredients flavor water again. The flavor won’t be as strong, but you can do this for up to 1 week. After a week the fruits and herbs need to be discarded. It is best to mix up or muddle the fruit before placing it in the refrigerator to help release the flavors into the water.
The options for homemade flavored waters are INFINITE and at Desire Trendy Daily Dose Blog we would love to know if you have a favorite combination. Share in the comments so we all can be inspired by your trendy creation.
