Thank you for visiting and shopping at Desire Trendy. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We offer standard shipping on U.S. orders. Shipment processing time for all orders is processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, SMS, or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will only be $5.95 and is displayed at checkout. When an order is able to be expedited, you will see the expedited shipping option(s) available to you along with the shipping rate and estimated delivery time frame of the checkout page.

  • Standard Shipping cost is only $5.95 to all domestic locations
  • Standard Desire Trendy shipping times vary from two (2) to four (4) weeks
  • Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of our major carriers including UPS, FedEx, ePacket and the United States Postal Service.
  • At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Desire Trendy Ships to Addresses Within the U.S

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 5 days of shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Desire Trendy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Desire Trendy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Promotional shipping offers

When available, promotional shipping offers apply to our standard shipping within the U.S. Most special promotions have restrictions and rules that apply according to the promotion's terms and conditions, unless otherwise stated.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

What if I Haven’t Received My Order?

If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, or you did not receive your order when tracking shows it was delivered, please contact us.

I Never Received My Order

What If I Never Receive My Order?

If you do not receive your order, please review our delivery time frames. Certain items and locations have a longer time frame. 

  • Locate your tracking information in the shipping confirmation email. Use the tracking information to track your order on the carrier’s website.
  • Check with family members, neighbors, co-workers, a building manager, or others who may have accepted your order if you were not home during a delivery attempt.
  • In your absence, the delivery carrier may have placed your order somewhere near your door, out of plain view. Look for your order in places such as a back door, garage, or behind bushes.
  • Allow 48 hours – in rare situations packages may state delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
